Due to recent growth, they are now looking to recruit a motivated, detail-oriented and dedicated person to help their clients achieve their financial goals. This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday with a £25,000 - £28,000 annual salary and competitive benefits package.
Duties:
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Data Management: Collect, update, and maintain client information and financial records within our CRM system
Report Preparation: Assist in collating information to help our research team prepare financial reports, suitability letters, and other documentation.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to financial advisors, including managing correspondence and filing.
Key skills and experience;
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Along with the need for an eye for detail and exceptional communication skills – their work is all about providing excellent service – our client would like you to have an interest in Finance or Business and a strong understanding of financial products and services proven by your experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry.
