We're all about stripping things back and reconnecting with what really matters: seasonal food, local producers, and the environment.

Our immersive woodland dining experiences bring people together around the fire, with menus shaped entirely by what’s growing, foraged, or produced locally at that moment in time. It’s about slowing down, eating with the seasons, and being present with the land beneath your feet.

We also bring our wood-fired food to celebrations, weddings, and events across Yorkshire — and every Friday and Saturday night, you’ll find us taking over the kitchen at North South York, serving up a regularly changing menu of bold, seasonal small plates.
