Movement has always been my reset button. It’s helped me rebuild confidence and identity through different stages of life, especially after becoming a parent. That experience shapes how I train and support others — with empathy, flexibility, and a focus on progress that feels sustainable.

 

I’ve continued to develop my knowledge through ongoing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) in areas such as:

- Hatton Boxing Academy training

- Functional strength and mobility training

- Mental wellbeing

- Hormonal health

- Outdoor and home-based training methods

My home-based business was created to make fitness more accessible, flexible, and human — because feeling strong and confident shouldn’t depend on a gym membership.
