Since 2019, Clean Slate Solutions has built strong partnerships with socially conscious employers who believe in second chances.

Our mission is simple: to ensure every person we mentor is fully prepared to succeed in work and rebuild their future.

Our Approach

Every journey begins with personalised mentoring. This is not just about securing a job. It is about long term success.

We provide practical, hands on support including:

• Social, Emotional Wellbeing support
• Help obtaining essential documents
• Interview preparation and appropriate work attire
• Budgeting guidance
• Ensuring people have the practical necessities to succeed

Our commitment does not stop at placement. We continue to support individuals for an average of six months after they start work, and longer where needed.
