Visiting North Yorkshire

We are a tourism organisation, with offices in Ripon, York & Northallerton.

We serve only York & North Yorkshire, promoting the County & putting members and their businesses "front & centre" of everything we do.

Let's clear this up from the off. We are not the Council! We have been operating for over 6 years now and the Council "reorganised" in 2023 and rebranded its tourism "offering" in 2024, opting to choose a name very close to one that was already established. Ours!

We have a core team who are all born & bred in North Yorkshire, going to school at Poppleton Road Junior School (Academy now) and then Nunthorpe Grammar School (or Millthorpe as it is today). North Yorkshire is in their blood and the promotion of York and North Yorkshire, in particular its tourism industry, is their passion.
