How I work

Most of my freelance jobs are cameo appearances. I jump in, work on a project or two and wave cheerily as I leave, hoping to be asked back some day.

The rest of the time, I’m a regular cast member. Sometimes I’m booked for a certain number of hours a month, sometimes I’m given a slush fund and a timesheet, and sometimes I’m just a part of the team, working ad hoc with an invoice at the end of every month. It works beautifully for organisations of all sizes.
