No. YorkWorks now supports businesses across York & North Yorkshire, including Harrogate, Scarborough, Whitby, Selby, Ripon, Northallerton and surrounding towns and villages.
We started in York. We have grown with the region.
Is it free to list my business?
Yes. Businesses can create a free listing and promote their services across York & North Yorkshire.
There are premium upgrades and promoted options too, but there are not compulsory.
The Free listing is and always will be free.
How do I add my business?
Click “Submit Listing” in the main menu and follow the steps.

It takes just a few minutes.
Can I edit my listing later?
Yes. Once you create an account, you can log in anytime to update your listing details, add photos or adjust your information.
Keeping your profile fresh helps you rank better within the platform.

You can filter by area to explore businesses in specific parts of York & North Yorkshire.
Do you verify businesses?
We encourage accurate and honest listings. While we do not manually vet every business, we monitor listings and remove spam or misleading information.
If you spot something that looks incorrect, you can report it.
