Our client, based in central York is looking for reliable cleaner to start as soon as possible. The work is temporary for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential of longer.

The site is a modern award winning office block based in central York, close to the train station. The normal shifts available are 5.00pm - 9.00pm, Monday to Thursday, 4.30pm - 8.30pm on a Friday, in total 20 hours per week. PPE equipment and clothing will be provided.

Rates of pay for the role is £12.60 per hour plus night time enhancements from 7.00pm – 9.00pm.

Reliability is essential, as is ideally previous experience of cleaning including:

• Vacuuming, mopping etc in areas such as floors, toilets and hallways.
• Using chemicals and cleaning machinery safely.
• Moderate physical effort, which will involve walking, standing and lifting.
• Sanitising (where necessary)
