The Role
As a Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you’ll provide high-quality advice to new and existing clients. This would ideally be a hybrid role, where you can work from our office to benefit from being alongside our experienced team—sharing knowledge, collaborating day-to-day, and delivering a consistently excellent client experience.
You’ll manage your own diary and pipeline, while we support you with full admin support through our Completions Team, helping keep cases moving smoothly from enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice across residential and buy-to-let
Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion, supported by our Completions Team
Maintain accurate, compliant client records.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and introducers.
Work collaboratively with admin and compliance teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
CAS status preferred
Experience as a mortgage adviser
Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage and protection market
High standards of compliance and client care
Motivated, professional, and self-driven
Comfortable working hybrid, with regular time in the office as part of a team-led, client-first culture
