Counselling -
You are not a problem to be solved. You are not broken.
You are human. And things aren’t as you want them to be right now.
You might feel stuck, desperate, lonely, and lost.
You might simply be demotivated and exhausted, and want to get more from life, or work.
Counselling is time set aside for you to gently turn towards what you’re struggling with and know that you aren’t alone. Counselling helps you make sense of what’s going on and come up with strategies to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
You might be considering counselling for all sorts of reasons.
Perhaps you’ve had a difficult life event, either recently or in the past. You might be experiencing grief, or trauma, or something else that you can’t quite label but know isn’t how you want to live. Perhaps you can’t pinpoint an event that’s caused you to struggle, but you are sick of feeling the stress, low mood or anxiety that accompanies your days and nights.
You wish things could be different, and don’t know how to go about making that happen. Counselling isn’t magic, and it can feel like hard work sometimes. But it offers a non-judgemental, safe, compassionate place for you to release, and consider the changes you’d like to see in your life.
