Hi, I’m Jess!

I’m a CIPD qualified virtual assistant with a background in recruitment, HR and business support. After eight years working in executive search and talent acquisition, I saw first-hand how much time recruiters, executives and businesses lose to admin-heavy tasks. I started Mapped & Managed to change that - giving clients back their time so they can focus on growth, customers and themselves.

My Approach:
I combine recruitment expertise with a love of organisation to deliver support that’s both strategic and practical. That might mean managing inboxes, streamlining CRM’s, mapping out talent or onboarding customers. Whatever the task, my focus is the same: bringing structure, clarity and efficiency so you can run your business with confidence.
