Prism Events is a York-based live event production company delivering online, hybrid and conference programmes for institutions, professional bodies and corporate teams across the UK.

We support events from the early planning stage through to full live delivery, taking responsibility for the technical setup, rehearsal coordination and on-the-day production management. Our role is to remove uncertainty, support speakers and ensure events run smoothly, professionally and without unnecessary risk.
