We produce our own beef and lamb on biodiverse herbal pastures and partner with our friends and neighbours in the area to ensure a continuous supply of fresh, locally farmed, gluten-free produce to mindful consumers in the area south of York and the city itself ,
James is our slaughterman and butcher, Huddersfield based he can ensure our animals never leave the county from conception to your door! Mark Horsley just outside of York supplies us with outdoor reared pigs and is one of the best around. Soanes, based in Driffield, supply us with award-winning high welfare, local chicken.
We also supply versatile 'Bard' and 'Sagitta' potatoes grown From the Everatt Family in Barmby-on-the-Marsh, again local farmers producing top quality products and premium unhomogenised pedigree Jersey milk from the legen-dairy Shaw family in Elvington!
We experiment with regenerative techniques to balance a sustainable way forward with a viable supply for our customers and will be adding more products all the time as we find the good stuff.
