Halfway through the year is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and gently reset.

This workshop is your chance to slow down, check in with yourself, and create space for what matters most for the rest of the year.

We’ll spend the session getting creative by designing your own vision board using magazines, scissors and glue. A simple but powerful way to bring your goals, intentions and feelings to life visually.

This isn’t about perfection or pressure, it’s about enjoying the process, having some time for yourself, and letting your mind switch off while your creativity flows.

There’ll also be time for a cuppa and a relaxed chat with like-minded women in a warm, welcoming space.
