We run Inca Financial, a York-based mortgage advisory firm that specialises in helping people whose situations don’t fit neatly into the standard boxes. Our approach is clear, jargon-free and hands-on, designed to give you confidence and clarity when arranging finance.

We work with clients across a wide range of needs. A core part of what we do is arranging mortgages for self-employed people, company directors and those with a tricky credit history. We also handle specialist cases such as buy-to-let through limited companies, portfolio landlords, HMOs and holiday lets. On the commercial side, we arrange bridging loans, refurbishment finance and funding for property conversions or ground-up developments.
