I am truly passionate about becoming a champion for Neurodiversity. Being ADHD myself and only finding this out later in life, left me struggling with a lack of support or understanding. By educating myself and having my diagnosis it has given me the opportunity to learn all about this, which I now make it my mission to share with other’s. It is so important to understand yourself before tackling the challenges. Once you achieve this the real journey begins, and it can be up and down, but also what you make of it too. With the right people by your side this journey can be really informative and, even fun at times.

As a Psychotherapist at EK Psychotherapies Ltd, our team's mission is to deliver personalised mental health support, fostering resilience and enhancing performance. Our comprehensive approach includes individual and group therapy, alongside specially designed workshops, ensuring the mental well-being of our clients remains paramount.

In parallel, serving as a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Hull, I am deeply involved in nurturing the next generation of mental health professionals through teaching and academic supervision. My core competencies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and experience working with children are integral to my dual roles, where I am dedicated to the advancement of mental health education and practice.
