York Distillery is our brand new boutique distillery in the centre of York.
This beautiful purpose-built working distillery is where we develop our new spirits and flavour combinations.
It is also home to the five-star York Gin Tasting Experience, the York Gin School (where you can make your own unique gin) and fun cocktail classes.
You can also book your own private event in York Distillery - it is an intimate and gorgeous space you and your guests will love.

You'll find York Distillery in the elegant grounds of Middleton's Hotel within York's city walls on Skeldergate - over the river from Clifford's Tower.
It's an enchanting place where you can learn the secrets of gin tasting and gin making or simply enjoy a drink in the most beautiful surroundings.
